If you downloaded the eSIM profile through the Ubigi application but you deleted it or the installation was not successful, please contact our customer service to obtain the activation code of this eSIM profile you deleted /attempted to install. You can then follow next steps for a manual installation. First, check here if your device is already equipped with a Ubigi eSIM. If yes, the only thing you have to do is to connect your device to the Ubigi network and create your Ubigi account.
